Mission Statement
The Office of International Education & Student Services (OIESS) at BSU is ready to welcome international students from all over the world and make them feel at home. OIESS looks to share international cultures through various cultural activities and to help promote global awareness and education of our campus community. OIESS provides a supportive environment for newly incoming international students and scholars, for our Bulldogs studying away or abroad, and provides peer support for our international students and scholars.

We envision BSU’s global engagement, where students and faculty from the United States and all countries of the world will experience significant international learning and research opportunities at home and abroad.

We believe that global learning and gaining global competency skills is an integral part to a well-rounded college education for all students.
